Our Mission

The Bicycle Race Director Conference is designed for industry leaders in the race, ride, and tour event space to convene, collaborate, and gain insights into the evolving cycling events industry. Bringing together race directors from across the United States, along with event suppliers, service providers, and manufacturers, the conference serves events of all sizes—from races with 300 participants to rides hosting more than 10,000 cyclists, as well as international tours from around the world.

The conference features top-tier speakers who address key topics such as marketing strategies, logistical solutions, and common challenges faced by cycling events, along with proven approaches to overcoming them. Open to all races, rides, tours, and industry organizations, the Bicycle Race Director Conference provides a unique opportunity to connect with leading cycling manufacturers, nonprofit organizations, and advocacy groups. Join us in Tucson Arizona, in conjunction with the El Tour de Tucson from November 18-21, 2026.

Social Activities

The Conference has many opportunities and break-out social engagements to meet your local race directors and learn more how and what others are doing to improve their events. Round-table sessions and an evening dinner engagement also included in entry. Conference evening Social begins on November 18, 2028 at 4:00pm.

Sports & Industry Expo

The Conference will coincide with the Le Tour de Tucson, that includes over 60 local and national vendors. The RD Conference will also include its own Industry Expo for you r to meet national Event Suppliers, Charities, Manufacturers and Online Services for you to engage conversations and gain valuable knowledge & paertnerships.

With over 14 speakers and lectures, we have created a wide variety of topics for you to attend and learn more from your peers.
